20 years in May. Crewe were in the 4th division when he arrived, & were fighting for survival every season, the board expected NOTHING of him & look at what he's done. It just goes to show that it takes time to build a good team & security, so the answer isn't (as so many clubs seem to think) sacking your manager & employing somebody else expecting immediate results.

Dario Gradi should have been involved in youth football at some stage. The FA should have choosen jim as technical director instead of Wilko. We'd have 3 world cups by now if they did

He has always said when the position became available that he wasn't interested, because he's happy at Crewe & building on what we've got here & when you look at some of the players that have come from Crewe through the years it's amazing.
