I kid you not, the timer was on 0:00 as this, this thing came towards me on the screen.
It didn't play a second before I ripped my slow~beating, blood~drained heart out and stuffed it down my throat.

That's not offensive, he wasn't being derogatory. It just seems like that the person has a disability of some kind which explains why he's kind of erratic. There's nothing wrong with it.
