Ey-up everybody, I hope you are well....?

Sorry I've been away for so long, I know at least two of you have missed me, which is nice!

So, lots changed for me since last on here, hence my lack of posts. I now work, and live (monday to friday) in the beautiful county of Surrey. After doing that weeks work up in Benji Town (Worcester) I spent 3 weeks furiously job searching, and if i'm honest, one week in Spain riding my bike again. but while out in Spain I accepted a job and started last week!

Good points: It means I've been able to stay working in Architecture - which is nice. And the company i'm now working for seem really good too. And, for the first time in years - I now get PAID HOLIDAY! Whoop! Takes me back a few years!

Bad points: Well, obviously it in Surrey, which is hardly boardering Leicester, but hey-ho. And i've had to take a 20% hit on money from where I was before, but again, some is better than nowt. The M25, which I now spend 2hrs+ each day on. Oh, and too many ruddy southerners down 'ere. Humph.

Damn straight my boy... Bikes are not for use on public roads, well, not properly anyway.... Especially these days, now you can pick up a genuine 180mph machine for under £2k...

Yes, my sentiment exactly.
It's kind of a per hate, Bikers overtaking when it's dangerous, ignoring those solid white lines in the middle of the road and then doing 130 on a long straight B road, and moaning when people pull out on them and they die. I know lots of really sensible enthusiasts, and it's these idiots that give the majority a bad name.
I don't like truck drivers either for different reasons, and people who drive BMW's.

Bus drivers are the worst. Whether you are are a passenger or another road user they show absolutely no comprehension of your existence. Half the traffic problems in most towns and cities would disappear if you banned busses.

There used to be a bus company here called UK North - you took your life in your hands if you got on one of those. The drivers practically took corners on two wheels. They were shut down after a driver hit and killed someone, and the investigation found that most of their drivers were Eastern European and not properly licensed to drive in the UK. The fares were dirt cheap, though.
