In my new job, one of my co-workers is called Manoj. This, in itself, is not funny. But, every so often one of the directors wanders over to see how we are... And every time, without fail, he calls the bloke Manish....

Obviously only a minor slip and i'm sure its his age not a racist jibe, but still, I can see the annoyance in Manoj's face, every time. Suppose i'm lucky he don't call me Tin....
