The inspiration came from the song I picked... it ended up in my head the other day seemingly out of nowhere and I've always loved it and tried to think of a way I could include it and then thought this was quite topical.

I'm not sure if it counts as text-speak. It isn't mentioned in the rules, probably cos it wasn't in common usage when the rules were made.

They are. The rules specifically prohibit the phrases 'fact' and 'end of', which makes me laugh, especially considering that 'FACT!' is one of Comedy Dave's favourite sayings.
