i need to go to college and uni to get a mundane job for a few years and then i can have enough money to open it, or at least get the bank to help me.

You'll still need a decent deposit (at least 30%), experience in bar-work, a license (after passing a bar-manager's exam), management experience and a big pair of brass balls if your serious about it. Good idea to partner with someone, that you only need half the money and also half the responsability if it all goes wrong. Problem is, you will only get half the profits if it goes right. (And at the end of the day, it's only the cold-hard cash that matters)
