you are all missing the point. footballers wives is fantastic its supposed to be rubbish - thats the whole point. its like watching casualty the actors are so bad you just keep watching. if anyone ever sees casualty watch out for roxy she only has 2 expressions and both resemble a shocked hamster....

we have some ace tv shows. just this week i watched an entire show dedicated to plastic surgery. then another about rebuilding frontier houses. yet another was about celebrity court cases. you wonder why the phrase is "god bless america" and not "god bless great britain."

Yes, yes, that was crap. But occasionally (not very often) we come up with some gems. Like Only Fools, My Family, Some Mother's Do Ave 'Em, The Office, Fawlty Towers, The Royle Family.

America is the only place where the mayor of somewhere can become the king of sleaze and be proud of it (I'm talking about Jerry Springer, by the way.) It's also the only place where they can call a championship "The World Series" and only invite themselves.
