Chris wouldn't be asked to do it I wouldn't have thought. Her show is new music heavy and centred around new artists so not something is imagine Chris Would enjoy. My bet would be on Gemma Cairney or Zane Lowe.

This news floored me!! Obviously not a listener to her show. Preggers Cotton. One of the papers last year supposedly wrote something along the lines that she was brooding after Holly having kids. I guess she will raise the kid vegetarian. She hasn't given birth yet and I am thinking a couple years down the road if the kid is going to get to eat chicken or a burger.

I dunno, Simon Mayo went from breakfast to mid-morning... I wouldn't bet against it happening. Big Boss Ben did say that what Chris did next would be a surprise and we don't know if Fearne has let people like Ben know in advance of making it public and this was all factored into the plan.

Same here. What on earth does it have to do with anything or anyone whether the kid eats meat...?

On the topic of her soon-to-be vacant R1 show, I would hope Chris doesn't get it to be honest. I'd never be able to listen live and that would be a real bummer.

I download every show, what with being the sound clipper here and all. I still think not listening live takes something away from the experience.

Not listening live makes the show ten times better for me, primarily because it means I can skip through all the bilge they disguise as music.

From the handover today it's clear that he didn't know, and his pregnancy joke was just an unfortunate (for Fearne) coincidence!

OK, sharp mental detour. I guess the carnivore in me got to thinking about the kid's future diet.

I care less about her pregnancy more than anything in the world. That said I hope all goes well for her and the baby.

Changing the subject the new trail for her show is the most annoying thing I've heard in some time.
