...that i announce my retirement from the board.

My reasons are as follows.

1. The recent attitudes of certain members, who have abused certain powers that have been sneekily given back to them. When those powers where given to these people initally, the board thought it would be a bad idea. So a nom de plomme was set up in its place, and for the less feebley minded thought it was fair and balcned. Or so we thought.

2. The childish and churlish attitude of some of the more senoir memebers of this board has led to reconsider my position on this board. Constant bickering and childish conversations with malicous intent have left me annoyed and fked off.

3. Certain members do nothing for the growth or stimulation off the board. Love me or hate me, i'm always here given my 2 penneth of the board, and if my bickering with Thomas Murphy hadn't appeared, and this board would be nothing but a fan zone talking moyles 24/7. It has developed into the surreal pisstake it is now, and like or lump it (and the ones who lump it can go blow up their girlfirend) it's here to stay in this format.

4. Everything i do on this board is intended for a reaction - like this piece here- A reaction. Reactions breeds counter reactions, and counteer reactions means more posts, and more reactions.

5. I don't believe that i'm stuck up my own arse. I may talk out of it most of the time, but my head is not up it. Unlike some memebrs of this board

It's been fun- maybe if i recieve an apology from those responsible for the crime in question which has eventually led to this, i might re considser

I've met some fun guys on this place and the girls on here no how to treat people.

Special mentions must go to, Kendra, Stevo (in his many guises), the Tall Paul, Lynch, Young poppy and all the numerous people who have supported me wholly during my 3 and a bit years on this board

i hate to admit this, but i'm sad to see hoare go. the board will most definitely not be the same without him, though i understand his motives for leaving. it has become increasingly apparent as of late that there are people who are trying to be killjoys, sometimes warranted and sometimes not.

I agree with some of the statements, however point 3 is a pile of bullshit.

Now for those who wern't around at the time, there was a period a few years back when there was a group of regular posters which through there boring lives and banter helped gain the board a lot of popularity. Whilst I agree that the arguements between tom and yourself played a part in making the board interesting, the work of Stickspanners community and inuendo skills, my mentions, the mnky's hardcore humour, gaspodes surreal observations and the doc's cool ass persona which led to the creation of the very popular boom selection all had a part to play in dynamic nature of the board.

time moves on however, a lot of these guys don't post here much anymore. The conversations may not be are cup of tea, but then again we're no longer in the majority.

maybe its just me but does no one see the irony in him saying everything he does is to provoke a reaction but his only reaction is to leave? i think mr hoare does (did) contribute a lot but in doing what he set out to do (provoke a reaction) hes flounced off like a cheap stan collymore....

I do enjoy banter with Jonny and although i have previously moaned at Jonny about his posting sprees but they do make the board interesting. Jonny is the target for most of my insults because he could take it in his stride. It will be quiet without Jonny and the board will miss you sir.

p.s. i'll give you 2 months, the Hoare will be back, and badder than ever

Unlike the rest of you scamps, I know the hoaremeister and i know how much he is involved in the activity of the board. At times his posts are bad, very bad but at times they contribute to an arguement. As lasto said, at least he could take a joke, let people take the piss out of him.
