I thought the best legal defence ever happened in the states.

This bloke had been caught for under-age drinking (as im sure most of you know americas ridiculous drinking laws mean you cant drink till 21) and he was 20, so his defence was that because in this particular state (not sure which one) abortion was illegal because they believed that life begins at conception.

So the bloke says that he must be 21, 'cos he was conceived over 21 years ago, even though he was 20! Brilliant, I think he won too!
