The reason for the exclusion of your Man U post was that there was already a post running on Football and it was better suited to that. If you want a football forum set up, then ask.

In light of recent developments moderators are now unable to delete posts only edit them for content. I am the only person who can delete posts (that includes you lot - you now can't delete your own posts either).

Jonny - Thanks for hanging around for the last years - but - the board will go on just fine without you. Your post count was reinstated before you decided to leave - there wasn't much more I could do. If you want to 'make a stand', be my guest. Bye.

Ok, Chris, I've kept out of this because I hate argueing on the board, I come here for fun not to make an issue. But, and I'm trying to be diplomatic here, it's only fair that we know who the moderators are. I know its due to your hard work and effort that this board is here and I appriciate that very much, but alot of members have spent alot of time here making it as popular as it is. I think I speak for most people that when messages are being mucked around with (and I know you've done something about that now) it takes away the spirit of the board if you like. I don't know whether it is bob thats moderating but its clear that someone is and I would just like to know who, is that being unreasonble? I understand that it may upset certain people (ie Jonny) and thats the prime reason I think its bob as there is a motive to keep it secret. But to be honest I don't care, I just want to know. Its the fact we feel like we are being lied too that smarts, not who it is. It would be nice to have an explaination to why our posts are being moved about aswell, I know this is provided accosionly but not very often. I doubt you will agree to this but if you really need a moderator is it fair that we can have a say in it? I'm sure people have enough sense to elect someone who would to the job properly, and if isn't bob moderating (which I will believe if you say so) than I think he'd prob be in the running anyway as people trust him, or at least used to. As I said, I didn't want to make an issue but this all seems to be getting out of hand and I just want it to come to a head.

Bob will probably end up been nominated & voted moderator any way. It should be someone who is here alot, which Bob is, and one other person springs to mind who is here alot but in my opinion posts crap (not johnny ).

so what if they are posting crap! whats your idea of good posting? sorry - but your not here very often are you? i'm here alot, but happen to be not a very good poster... that kind of puts me in frame then doesn't it. but lets face it some people are comedians and some are not.

and some are prone to bickering/fighting and some are not. i'm intrigued to see how this will end up, but i have lost most of my confidence in the mechanics of this board and of many of its members.
