Perfume keeps for six months as long as it's out of sunlight, so if the person selling that bottle hadn't had it too long, there's a chance someone could still buy it and use it without risk - as long as they can get over the inherent ickiness of buying someone's else's cast-offs! But any cosmetics that directly touch your face...gross. Beauty advice is to even replace your own mascara every three months, cos germs just get right in there.
