As someone correctly said, the board software was being upgraded.

I have to keep refreshing the page to post as it will never do it first time and says Invalid_Session, or when I log out it says Invalid_Session and when I try to send PM's it does the same thing.

Clear your browser caches.

I can send PM's no problem, post no problem ...

Sorry to trouble everyone again with this I upgraded my browser and in doing so I've got the Invalid_Session thing come back. Now I have deleted my temporary files and history but it's still not doing anything. Anyone able to help it's driving me nuts.

ok i get this as well but only when my internet connection is giving me grief and i try to post something straight after. but then i click on to another delicious nugget of the board and its all cleared up

Are you certain you deleted your cached files? (check 'all offline files' or whatever the box says).

I don't see the error. If I dont' see it, it's hard to fix it.

I've looked at everything and it's empty and my Internet Cache thing says it's empty as well.

It did it for me a while back too although I couldn't post here to let you know becuase it wouldn't let me!!!

A while back, yes. As was already explained, the board was getting an upgrade. Everything should be back to normal now.

I know it seems to be only me being effected and thats why I'm posting on here to see if anyone can help me stop getting the Invalid_Session message everytime I try to post which means I have to refresh the page loads of times before it works.
