I’m a little confused. Yesterday I went to Bristol and back. Obviously this meant I had to keep changing the radio station (which resulted in me hearing both Robbie Williams’ Feel and Kylie Minogue’s Come Into My World three times in an hour!
But that’s beside the point!) On the way back I was listening to Real, which is the main welsh pirate station, and it had the Smash Hits Chart; I wasn’t too surprised as Nablo had informed me that this change would be taking place. I was shocked, however, to hear MARK GOODYEAR doing it! All this time he said he would be doing classical, but he had, as Craig David might have it, a hidden agenda to switch to pirate radio! Then I switched over to Gemini when I got into Devon which had Foxy doing the Pepsi Chart! What?! I figured that Smash Hits must just be in Wales, though it seemed like a bit of a come down for Mr. Goodyear. Then, when I got into Cornwall and changed to Pirate FM 102.8 again it changed back to Smash Hits! I’m therefore guessing that it depends where you are on which countdown you get. So, who gets which? Assuming you don’t all listento that twat on Radio One!
