whilst scouring previous posts, i came across thislittle ditty by our gent of the woods mr cornishman

I've always questioned why such slick 'wordsmith' posts on a board with a crass soundbyte nature. So i copy and pasted some of his text into google, and up popped this address

some of you may be familiar with this site. Dedicated to lord Danny of Baker, one which we had a bit of a cat fight with mant moons ago. You may notice that there is a certain member of that board who goes under the name of 'Geza'. You may further notice that he has posted an identical 'silver lining' topic.

So Mr Cornishman, are you and 'Geza' the same person or is your material pilfered to varying degrees from other message boards you come across?

I don't reckon it's the same person. It doesn't match his style,for example,our cornishman doesn't put spaces after punctuation, but this Geza fellow does. So I would guess someone's 'borrowed' the Cornishman's material (or, and I dread to think, vice versa).

The one on that Messageboard appeared 2 days before it appears on our board. So it would seem more likely a copy.

But to be fair, the dinner with Hoare thread was hilarious, and unique to MW.

...replace 'Hoare' with another persons name, remove specific geographical references and you shall end up with a very broad comical story.

As my investigation continues I'm still unsure as to whether mr cornishman is indeed a comical fraud or not. This 'Geza' character may indeed be a cornishman guise. The difference in personalities and styles of writing is noteable however.

But what lodges in the back of this modern day perry mason's mind is that the cornishman has a history of 'cut and pasting' on this board (which some of the long serving guard may very well remember).

Hopefully the cornishman is a fraud, so the moylesworld pecking order is drastically crushed and i can rightfully take my place as the 8th most funnniest poster on this board.

I shall remain impartial at all times however.

Remember the amusement park topic from a while ago? Reading the contents of this topic, you may see where mr cornishman gets his 'inspiration' from.

Haha the Cornishman has been found out for the feeble fraud that he truly is. I always hated the Cornishman from day one and pretty much said so under whatever name I was posting under then. It wasn’t so much that I was jealous of his comic genius (anyone who finds this person funny needs to be slapped anyway), it was that I hated every opinion he ever had or any comment he would make and then everyone would praise him for being so amazing.

For gods sake – it is finally over.

P.S. HAHA Jonny we kept you beleiving it was us all along and its not, just some sad little copy paster

P.P.S I change my mind, its not "over" its just, eh the Cornishman was never funny maybe the rest of the sad losers here will see that too.

i urge you gentleman to point our next line of enquiry towards mr. jonny hoare

this dates back to a period when i told hoare boy that i was the cornishman, knowing full well that he'd beleive and broadcast this false allegation and look a bit more of an arse then usual.

scrub that last comment, that post is quite recent.

Now mr hoare has developed quite an ability to spew lots of unsolicited crap from his mouth. Therefore i suspect his comments were another attempt at attention seeking and that he has no idea who the cornishman is.

Based on the evidence amounted is that the rather long comical tales he posts are gathered from the danny baker treehouse message board throwing his status as a comic genius into quandry. The guy may be intelligent and witty in his own right and has actually written some of his own material, but a large bulk of the scriputres that you have giggled at do not come from one man but from a number of individuals on another message board.

i say we take hoares comments seriously, no-one else has mentioned anything else of the type and the comments he made came out of nowhere it would appear. hoare makes more sense than you like to think and i move that we follow up this by questioning jonny hoare

UltraMaximus you plonker the hoar has been certain that myself and steve are both the authors of the cornishman. The last time i physicaly saw hoar he said ah I know your the conrnishman for sure now, in a voice that indicated he was very clever and cunning. However the truth be told he had no clue at all, and I just laughed as if to say gosh you got me there.

The funny thing being is that I actually thought hoar was the cornishman at one point and that he was playing a clever game, however not even hoar would stoop so low.

unlike you, i know mr hoare and have witnessed his many displays at attention seeking. Trying to make people believe he knows more than he does.
As his 2 day retirement shows, if he has any information or in a position of focus he shall bathe in the glory for extended periods of time.
