The whole thing could of been over in 30 mins but instead we get interviews followed by long sections of Bashir driving in his convertable with a voiceover. Like hes Magnum PI on the search for justice!

someone in a wheel chair is not there through choice. You are obviously claiming he is mentally ill for which there is no certainty. by your reasoning anyone can be excused for their actions because they "may" have problems. that means there can be no crimes an perverts are simply misunderstood...
