I skillfully sliced open my copy of the BBC Ariel magazine, only to be shocked to see none other than dougie housier MD emblazoned on the front cover. Apperently, dougie is from Salford and he is taking over radio 1's top 40 show. May i congratulate mr parfit on this spledid move, i've always been a big fan of dougie's and i'm sure the combination of top new music, medical banter, tales of teen angst and growing up in the modern world will really inspire the audience and record buying public.

You can subscribe to it here.

I read it at work. Some BIG libraries may stock it as a periodical.

Its the BBC company magazine, all about, surprisingly, the BBC!

Cheers FD, if I wasn't so poor I'd probably subscribe, but nevermind.

As sam said, it's the BBC's corporate magazine. Most of the stuff in there is either only really of interest to BBC staff, or can be found on somewhere like Media Guardian. The thing mostly of interest to non-BBC staff is the jobs, and that's really it.

I read it when I am ever in the Radio Shetland building. It sometimes has stuff about Radio 1 in it.

Is it just me or does Wes sound exactly the same as Scott Mills?

Doogie Howser was a TV program about a kid genius who was a doctor, and unless I've got completely the wrong endof the stick Mr trash was drawing comparisons between Mr Howser and Wes. If I have got the wrong end of the stick I'm going to look incredibly foolish....
