ive got my first week off work since i started this week an god the tellys gone awful. i cant watch kilroy or whatserface without screaming at the telly an the great dinnertime shows (passport to the sun, wipeout, that weird one with paul ross even...) have all disappeared.

on the advice of a board member (to conceal his identity lets call him uglyrobert) i watched today with des an mel. now i like a good looking woman as much as the next man (move along eddie...) but the jokes in this show would be rejected by lisa riley as too cringeworthy. so this leads me to 3 o'clock when i turn on moyles only for EVERYBODY IN THE F*CKING WORLD to ring me. anyway i heard less today than i do when im in work...

i find today with des an mel to be mildy entertaining. the bit atthe begining pissed me off where they say 'do you want to do it? 'lets do it'. that bit just makes me cringe. also some of des' jokes are god awful, but most are bearable. they way a lot of it is noticably scripted pisses me off too. yet i still watch it

The Wright Stuff's good, I always watch that Tues mornings as I don't have to be in a lesson.

yeah i watch that too. although sometimes some of the people are a bit too 'common' in their views etc
