I don't think handing him a CD will do any good, a lot more planning goes into a show than you'd probably think. Sending it to Will on MP3 is your best bet. Second clue as to whether or not it'll be played will be in correspondance with Will. On all occasions that my stuff has been played I've pretty much known before hand that it would be on, like today he said in an email this morning that they would be playing it "Time permitting" today,so it's all down to planning and how well the planning works out.

tell me about it stevo im clinging on for grim life here. i cant think of any useful thing i bring to this board an nowadays i can see nothing but newbies. somedays im even glad to see eddie post.... to be honest i think at nearly 22 im getting too old but where do us old members go to retire? there should be like a seniors circuit where we can live off past glorys...

I'm glad i'm not the only one thinking this gaspode, we seemingly don't do that much with the progress of the board. A senior dinner circuit sounds like a great idea, earn thousands of pounds talking about, '..the time we made hoare bow down to webmaster harris..,' etc.

Perhaps we should set up an alternative message board for us vetrans when we can reminsise about the times when beer was only £2.10 a pint.

However, it annoys me when he glanzes over the efforts of people on this board. We provide a lot but seemingly don't get much back. Maybe he will reconsider his decisions when he's dj'ing on radio 2 with a small in active audience.

By "he" i guess you mean moyles, and you do have a fair point, altough you have to realise he could possably comment on every listener etc

ooop north £2.10 for a pint is a rip off. anyway yeah as you say at least some of these new people are doing stuff there was a spell when everyone who came was an arse. to be honest i think uglybob has shown the way with his relatively few posts nowadays although i dont think i could restrict myself like that i'd have to go altogether.

Whilst he can not comment on every show, its blatent to inspector stevo that he reads this board on a somewhat regular basis, uses topical conversations from this board and refuses to honour posters for their efforts.

He might not have any respect to his listeners at the moment but perhaps he might wish that he was a bit more positive when he hits the radio 1 'no mans land'.
