The way I see it (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that the government don't make these things illegal for fun, as far as I know tax wise they could make a fair bit of money, they make it illegal because it could seriously harm my health. That alone is enough to put me off.
I can sort of see your point on this one, but puff isn't actually that bad for you - the worst thing in a spliff is the tobacco you grind in to make it.

Smoking draw does not necessarily mean you're going to move on to harder drugs. That's almost like saying that smoking cigarettes leads you on to smoking puff, which is obviously not true.

Heroin is probably the most evil substance on the planet, it ruins the lives of the people that do it and their friends, family and anyone else around them. Coke isn't so bad - it's addictive, and I wouldn't recomend anybody starts doing it, but it's not that bad - people on coke tend to jabber a lot but they don't (in my experience at least) become violent, just hyper.
Please don't think I'm condoning snorting Charlie in any way, it's really not a clever thing to do. I know I'm being a bit of a hipocrite here as I do it every now and then, but I recommend that anyone on here that hasn't ever done coke doesn't do it. Kendra I'm sure understands what I mean here.
My honest view on puff is that it's ok, and yes, it should be legalised - having spent some time in Amsterdam where smoking draw is the norm, I really can't see a problem with it, and I'd rather it was legal so that when my kids (when I have some) go to buy it they're going to a shop to buy it rather than going to some dodgy estate to buy it and risk getting into trouble.
