that's a bit of an exaggerations. besides, i hear "bloody 'ell" quite often. when you don't fully enunciate the h, you still use aspiration, which targets the listener that and h is there.

its funny but does get annoying in films like independance day. the only real contribution an english person makes is saying bloody hell?!?!?
