chris- you can get lemon curd in the u.s., but you have to find it first. there are a few posh/pretntious stores that stock it. but then it's a little pricey. my mom used to buy it when she would have a garden party/formal tea. i've not seen it since then. it's good though, i don't know why more people don't eat it.
