Just looking back through the archives, it occured to me how many people come here, start posting regularly knock up a fair few posts then disappear of the face of the electronic world.

Examples: TJD, Benjoo, The Peter Kay Fan, gem, Bob23, M+L Fan, luvchild....

Where do these people go? Are we really that scary?

Who will be next to disappear? My money's on Lewis.

m+l fan was funny. like bloody_bear i wasnt a fan of luvchild (feel bad come to think about it

) gem went to uni to study art (waste of time, that will be) Peter Kay Fan came back briefly then left again.

StaticFish - makes a song then leaves again. charming

I noticed Staticfish had disappeared again.

Yeah Sam did create a similar thread, but no-one seemed to be able to answer the question. Maybe some of these people will log-on on the off chance and see it.

As for coming accross me in the members pics, I think that's quite possible.

bob and hoare are nothing. they both seem to be doing stuff outside of the board, unlike the new generation of saddos.

im still here you know, i didnt post on every post, i just am consistent. plus people achieve that goal of getting a life. i still havent yet but im working on it.

other reasons
1. standards have dropped, newer members seem to leave pretty quickly due to the inexcusable bullying of people who are always here but still after posting more than 2000 posts, have nothing of interest to say.

2. i do my review part at 6pm to about 6:45 after the show.

3. I go to bed earlier on weeknights cos ive work in the morning so you wont see posts by me at 1:45am anymore.

4. most of the good topics that are posted get no replies whereas if someone says something silly, then you will get 270 posts telling the person they are silly when only 1 is needed.

3. Lack of time
4. Increased amounts of simpletons
5. I'm not number 1.

The board has gone downhill, i like it when we talk about memorys and personal stuff and bands and stuff and stuff. I dont like how everyone has an ego, lots of you seem to think the board revolves arounds you, it doesnt it revolves around randomness.

The board has most likely gone downhill because everybody always talks about how the baord has gone done hill, so now we only think about how it used to be. :roll:
