today i asked my british history proph about industrialisation in cornwall, because he went on at great length talking about "the celtic fringe" and only mentioning the scottish lowlands and wales. his response "there's really nothing to say right now."
cornwall seems to factor very little in most british history classes. we discussed richard of cornwal during the simon de montofrt fiasco, but he wasn't cornish.
thats because there arent enough intelligent people in cornwall to have an impact on our history. if britain was a village the whole of cornwall would be the idiot.
Here's to those who bore us and made us what we are
Odd how in the intelligence test we came out second highest out of the whole of the UK...and we seem to do pretty well in Exams such as GCSE'S and A level results so we can't all be as bad as you think.
You started all of this with your "You" in the first place so really it would have to mean the rest of the UK if you were lying to us as you so called say.
I know you did it well.....some photography teacher at College looks the spitting image of Ricky Gervais it's scary thinking he's walking around (Howz that? )
No University (one being built)
No Dual carriageway let alone motorway from one end to the other.
No Mulitplex cinemas
no nice pubs and branded restuarants
No Jobs
One radio staion (soon to be two)
So you see why the intellignet people move away.
Da Legend....
Like the candyman, mention my name and I come a running
Trelawney is about as good as Cornish history gets! Cornwall sucks, that's 'the reason why!'
Sorry, non-cornish dwellers, lyric from a song about the legendary Trelawney!
Always first to jump on the bandwagon that is to slag Cornwall off. Please return to the sh*te invested Brighton where all scum dwell and feed off everyone else like the true parasites they are.
