Just because it's on the internet it doesn't mean it's true. The English National Anthem IS Land of Hope and Glory. Trust me, I'm a student. It's a misheld belief that God Save the Queen is the national anthem of England. The reason they used Land of Hope and Glory during the commonwealth games is because Land of Hope and Glory is the English national anthem.

Because Scotland and Wales are in the UK. Anyway, at least us welsh have thought up our own, even if it isnt official, which, i think you will find that it has been MADE official, so, at least us welsh have brains (with the exceptoin of me!) Wales have a national anthem, Scotland have a national anthem, even if they are not official, at least they got up off their arses and decided to make one instead of pinching it, saying it its just theirs, when it is the whole of the uks national anthem
