Here's my advice, not that it's worth much.

You slept together after only 3 days? Why sleep with a girl if you're not interested in her. It's people like you who give the male of the species a bad name. Just tell her you're not interested in her and to stop wasting her time with you, because you're scum.

Next time get to know a girl a little better before jumping into bed with her.
