by the way, were the currys really that hot for you or were you exaggerating for the audience? that was hilarious when you said a korma was spicy! :P

Hi Aled, Don't know if you still look at these questions but if you do, I have one for you!

It's great to see (or hear) Viadcut back, an idea no doubt taken from this message board where there has been many a call for it's return. My question is in two parts. 1) why add the "Revenge" bit when the format is no different and 2) Why had the bed been changed? It sounds much better, and funnier (And it is a comedy quiz) with the old bed (the Bottom theme). The new music is far too slick and funky for this competition - doesn't work for it at all! (In my opinion!)

I unfortunately havn't heard Viaduct in the past but I am very impressed with what I am hearing now! Very funny :lol:

Keep up the good work, send our good comments to Chris etc if you can. I'm sure he'd like listener feedback!

I can assure you it's not as funny as it once used to be, it could be just because we have fond memories of it and nothing ever lives up to memories but I'm pretty sure it's the music, it just doesn't click!

There must be some old sound clips in the sound vault, surely. It's just memories and I don't like change ;) Can't believe you don't remember it though, must be a fairly new listener. I can't remember when it was last on but it certainly was when I was at uni and I left in June 2001.

wow, Me and Jonny agreeing on something, will wonders never cease?!?!? I'm guessing, though, that most fans of viaduct from the past will agree with us both too. It just isn't the same, I'm most upset. All I will add is that I am at least glad of it's return but with two easy changes (the time and bed) it could be as good as ever because nothing else has changed................Aled, PLEASE pass on our comments, it would be so easy to change - you can surely see what we mean?!?!?!?

If you choose to answer me I think you should reply in the Viaduct thread because I know (and think he's right) that Chris will post a message in this thread asking us to keep on topic (Ask Aled)

They asked me about a couple of acts in the chart (at the time) and I had to write a few details about each of them. They asked me the usual, what do I like/dislike about Radio 1 what would I do differently etc etc
