Sara Cox has to go (how many times do we have to say that?). I didn't know who to replace her with a while back, but since listening to XFM a lot over the last six months I think Christian O'Connell (who won the Gold Sony Breakfast Music Award this week) would do a grand job.

I don't think he should go to Virgin - that's a step down for sure in my opinion.

I'd never listen to the mid morning slot on Radio 1 as long as the legend that is Kevin Greening is on XFM :D
