Scripted, yes, Pre-recoreded no - unless it's things that are obviously pre-recorded such as the dream sequences. 99% of the links are live!

up to 15 minutes delayed is still considered live, so call ins are still live. i wonder how many callins they get that do a nut and they cant air it.

all of five live is often has 7 second delays. talksport tend not to, but sometimes they do.....

Lots of phone ins etc are recorded, yes, but it still stands that a majority of the show is happening the very second you hear it.
