In The Mirror today it says they are making a film version of Five Children and It. Eddie Izzard is supposed to be in it. personally i cant wait....

it was a tv series based on a victorian childrens book (cant remember the author).

it was along the lines that some kids discovered a sand fairy called the psammead and it granted them wishes. i think they wished for stuff which mostly came back and bit them in the ass so they learned their lesson. never read the book and i cant really remember the tv series except for remembering it was cool, so i could be making this all up.
