so you get some cat off the street and send it to a mad scientist. he then freezes it's sperm, and gives it a sex change and then puts in a womb and it has babies with itself.

From what I am aware of, and I'm fairly sure its accurate after a sex change it is only physical changes on the outside of the body. A man does not get given a womb and isn't given the gift of periods.
