One of the requests: None. Last minute he decided to eat a hamburger at his Mother's request.

Now, I don't get this. I can see the mother now. "Go on son, you should eat something before you die, can't die on an empty stomach now can you....."

I think I'd have to have:
McDonalds Dbl Sausage egg mcmuffin, followed by a pepperoni feast pizza, a roast lamb dinner (roast potatoes, sweet corn, mint sauce, gravy oh and the lamb of course), a sirloin steak, meat phall curry (will WANT to die after eating that), some chocolate fudge brownies, Ben & Jerry's pisch food, Ben & Jerry's half baked, Hagen Das Vanilla, Pepsi, quadruple strength espresso (wake the dead
