no - not really when a tuna and dolphin are different sizes. gotta be a pretty a moronic fisherman to mistake a dolphin from a tuna.

When they're using great big nets, they don't distinguish. Only recently have they started dolphin friendly methods of fishing for tuna. Hence 'dolphin friendly tuna'. You didn't think that meant the tuna was mates with the dolphin, sat around with a few cans getting pissed?
