baby_bear:
may i suggest you go to your school/ college resources centre or whatever you call it and look for a cv book. your local careers centre will also have this information.
basically - you need to mention your skills and not always highlight on your hobbies as much.
as an example and this is of the top of my head try talking about some of this things.
do you have any personal achievenements?
have you ever had any post of respons'tity (for example looking after people in your scout group that you mentioned a while back?)
do you or have you learnt any special skills recently?
what skills and abilities do you have?
what activities and interests do you have in your spare time?
have you got any achievements? eg duke of edinburghs award (dofe)
you really dont have to say much. i mean its only a p/t in the local spar.
basically your aims are to:
give yourself a brief overview of who you are...? highlight your skills and experince (have you worked in a shop before? do you enjoy working with people? what are you customer service skills like? etc etc) what are communication skills like?
for example:
"i am a adaptable and enthusiastic individual who takes great pride in my work. communicates well at all levels and is able to form a working realtionship quickly with a wide range of people...."
