i must say it does annoy me that they cant come up with any other story an do that they have done it a couple of times. newsbeat is my biggest problem with radio 1 at the moment forget the playlist its newsbeat needs changing.

Newsbeat probably runs a 3 strikes and out policy. A story can run up to three times before it is rewritten

you should vary the copy more frequently than 3 bulletins... or carry a different audio cut with the story - news shouldn't be that repetative

yeah when i wa working for kernow fm - and with south hams radio - you wrote 2 versions with different cuts in them

sometimes even three version, including a voicer....

you never know i might upload to home of stuff when i can be arsed

i never keep any of my stuff - shud do really, did voxes today grrr... i hate people that like say erm.. like all of the like time.

well basically and you know, well you know, at the endof the day, eventuallly...

whenever i do voxes - i usually get one die hard tory - once had a real racist, she said on tape that she supported the BNP, and wouldn't leave me alone until she had assurances that it was going on air.

it got deleted fairly quickly!!

another favourite is the t w a t s that come up and demand to be interviewed, so you do, and they just go F U C K O F F down the mic ... lovely
