The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Yet again Radiohead and Coldplay, what is with Radiohead? Is this a joke that the pretentious magazines like to play on us, they haven't had a decent song since Karma Police and No surprises and i think there music is rubbish. I heard a Radiohead song on the radio the other day (ithink its there current single) and it was the biggest mix up of sound i've ever heard it was like the bass didn't go with the lead guitar the lead guitar didn't go with the piano, i could make a song like that and i would get panned. And i dont mind hearing Coldplay on the radio but Chris Martin is the worlds biggest pr*ck the geezer trys so hard to be cool and trys to lose his "oxford Graduate" tag, but he can't pull off being "cool". Both Chris Martin and Ms Dynamite can both rot in hell singing songs about the war along with Damon Albarn and Massive Attacks very own fiddler 3D. At least there is The Darkness who despite thier awful name make nice music and are the closest thing to Queen that we have right now. Which is refreshing compared to all the Beatle cover bands over the last 10 years.

the trills as you call them are from Ireland

The Thrills are from Dublin, Ireland, but they've recorded songs called "Big Sur," "Your Love Is Like Las Vegas," "Santa Cruz," and "Hollywood Kids." Inspired by the likes of Neil Young, the Byrds, and the Beach Boys, the group appeared twice on the U.K.'s Top of the Pops program in support of their 2003 debut album, So Much for the City.

People say they like Radiohead just to impress people; it's like 'coffee table' music.

from what i see in america, radiohead is for people who want to appear to have depth, when they are in fact the most shallow people this side of the kiddie pool (when it's drained).
