I have a 2 techy questions I'd thought I'd ask in here instead of starting a new thread

I've been asked to burn a homemade film onto dvd for someone in Japan - are they PAL or NTSL? Is there anything else I should do in order for it to work?

Also, I took some bread rolls out the freezer this morning, but then realised I don't need them today, can I put them back in the freezer tonight or is it best not to?
If not, we can have them tomorrow, no problem.

Thank you for your time.

From memory the Japanese use NTSC-J; it's very similar to normal NTSC, so if NTSC-J isn't an option then NTSC will do fine.

I guess it depends on the type but if you let air get at it then when you defrost it again it only stays nice for a very short period and gets all squashed and doughy.

You still into that? I thought you and Mrs Zoot were trying to give that up?

I also have a question, but phrasing it on here is gonna be a nightmare, but i'll give it a shot.

Can anyone tell me the name of a theme tune that is used a lot of the time to highlight a "cowboy and injun" or a "western" style moment in a tv show or movie. I am pretty sure that its a theme from an old western television show from years ago. It startes of with someone whistling (you can see why this would be a problem for me to demonstrate on here). Its been bugging me for a couple of days now.

Its not Rawhide.

are you thinking of ennio morricone's score from the good, the bad, the ugly? it's sort of minimal, but often used to western-style moments. the movie's great.

You, my good lady, are a sort of western genius!

Thats been annoying me for a while now - thanks for that!

You see I knew that too as soon as I read Footie's post, but I couldn't get on the forum so I couldn't say and......get all the credit for being clever. Damn.

Agree with Aeroplane. You have to like the Naked Gun films though. They are classics :D
