I'm happy because i feel like i have learnt alot this week. We cooked a confit duck leg with braised red cabbage and a potato rostie, plus i learnt how to do a butchers knot

. I'm also on till which is piss easy, so i can just sit down and touch the screen occasionally. A lad gave me some sweeties, i scored 100% on my catering test and it is a special european food night tomorrow and we are fully booked so it will be busy, busy, busy, i love it big style.

Just remembered that I played pool with a satanist last night. Really should go out on a Friday more often.

Had a good night last night. We lost the pub quiz but had my hair plaited by a viking.

I usually do 9-5.30 and I asked if I can do 8-4.30 on Friday because I have to drive to Doncaster for the weekend on Friday night.. I was told that because of the hours I put in, I can start at 9 and finish at 3 if I want, which is nice!

My parents moved to Thetford about 18 months ago, and I'm now officially pee'd off with the drive, seems to take forever. Dont know how my dad drives into London everyday for work

I've finally cleaned/sorted out the stacks of cds that fell over a few days ago. Finding my stones roses album in the process, which means I can rip it at a decent quality.

Also the new hot chip album it's ace and the fact that I got sent a case of Lucozade Sport with Caffeine Boost and whilst not the best tasting thing in world it was free.

It didn't snow on the way up to Doncaster (well it did, but not heavily, nor was it for long.) On Saturday morning, there was a small sprinkling, but nothing to stop us getting to The Dome and by Saturday evening it had gone, so a result all round really.
