Hello just got back about 2 hours ago. Hell to get back from with traffic

Used the free ticket offer and was up top which was a bit scary as got vertigo. Chris was amazing and got the loudest cheers. He was really enjoying himself. As I was leaving people were saying how good he was. He stole the show and rightly so. Didn't take any pictures as was too far away so will wait when see the show at wembley when I am closer.

Just coming back from tonight's show. Moyles was brilliant but it's safe to say the whole cast were brilliant. My knowledge of musicals is zilch but if this is the standard I can expect then it's safe to say I'd go again. Also the free ticket was superb , upper tier looking right at the middle of the stage and only about 8 rows back. Top night

Went to the matinee yesterday, it was brilliant!
I'd never been to a 'London Show' before but wasn't disappointed!
Chris was amazing, I knew he'd be good but he surpassed all my expectations! From where I was sitting, the audience all got excited when he came on, more so than for the others. And he got the loudest cheers!

I saw the video of the first night - Chris is AWESOME!!! And who knew he could do back flips like that...?!

I'm totally unsurprised that Yummytummy said he stole the show, the role itself does that, Herod is great - but the way they've done it is just brilliant. Of course he stole the show, he's amazing!

His much-publicised role as King Herod was eagerly anticipated by all, and as the newly slim jock-turned-actor emerged onto the stage for his big number, the audience showed their support. Dressed from head to toe in a striking red suit, 'Moyles-y' committed to his performance as if he'd been doing it years, revealing a voice that equally held its own against the rest of the cast. Clearly enjoying himself and not missing a step, beat or camera shot, which was beamed across the arena, it's fair to predict an alternative career in theatre beckons.

Yes, it wasn't just me who had a problem with the ridiculous sound levels. Loud is good, jet taking off is not good:

Its was sooooo loud it was painful and completely ruined a very expensive night out. After inserting tissue in my ears and then getting ear plugs at the interval, upon removal my ears had bled. I downloaded a decibel ap to my phone during the performance, and this averaged 118db this is only 2db below a jet aircraft on takeoff. As a result the speaker were distorting and it was hard to make out the words. As the performers breathed you could hear their breath as a loud rushing sound. A lot of people complained at the interval and many left. The performances were great, and the crucification scene was very moving and well done. Would love to have enjoyed this at a reasonable rock volume, this really was louder than your average heavy metal night and completey over the top. Don't take children to this show as it will ruin their hearing for ever, my wife and daughter had to walk out as it was too painful on their ears.

Is it worth getting the DVD if the sole reason for getting it is chris. Is it worth the probable 15 quid

The promoters, AEG Live, confirmed to News Limited on Friday that the production will be coming to Australia next year and dates and details will be announced "soon''.
