anyway...today I had a spinach and chickpea calzone from the health food shop, followed by a load of fruit (blueberries, strawberries and grapes). I took a soy yogurt as well but i didn't eat it.

I went to the Food Market in St Katherine's dock. It's is amazing, loads of food stalls from all over the world and good value, I had a wrap thing but couldn't tell you the main ingredient as I cannot spell/pronounce it, it also had Garlic Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, apple and sultanas. One of the best lunches! now I have bread and butter pudding to much on... yum

It's on every Friday if your in the area. Worth checking out.
