Don't know (or care) who's going to be kicked out next but having just watched it, under protest I think Shane will win it.
My reasons;

X Factor is predominantely Chick TV
The 3 women I sat with, watching it all stopped talking to watch him and said
"He's got lovely eyes"
"He's fit"
and I think he sounds a bit like Robbie crossed with Will Young

After all, it's not really about the singing is it!
