Üter (Ueter) is a fictional foreign exchange student on The Simpsons, voiced by Russi Taylor. His name is presumably German, though no such name actually exists. It resembles the actual name Uther, and would have similar pronunciation.

i gotta say, at least in the states, guys with ultra bleached spikey hair tend to be * jerks and morons. it's as if the bleach strips the intelligence from their brains, and they think it makes them hip and edgy, when really it's just meh. sweepinggerneralisationstastic!

A friend of a friend tried that once with his beard. He did it in real bleach because he was thick and didn't understand that bleaching doesn't actually involve bathroom bleach. Apparently it went fluffy/
