It depends how big you are to start with I guess. I'm not suggesting anything here catherine, but for others, i.e. proper chubbers........... the 30 stoners amongst us......... 11lb aint that much.

My other line of thinking is that perhaps you just chopped an arm off or something........ that would take the pounds off.
