i use real for streaming... you can get like a 90kps mp3 quality in a 20kps real stream. mp3 streaming (shoutcast with winamp for example) is really crappy quality for 20kps. Ogg vorbis is the best quality with very little plugins needed. Quicktime is also very very good quality for the little bandwidth needed.
