I drink double vodkas generally unless I wanna stay quite normal, then after maybe 4 doubles I start getting bad... £1.90 for a double vodka & coke, you can't say no to that can you?!

Topher we could take the board out of the doldrums with a good old fashioned drinkoff. Independant adjudicators would have to confirm consumption. It would be difficult but not impossible. Not sure if the uni would allow me to get pissed in the labs though. The bars touch screen internet terminal would also make posting impossible.

You can, Coke is vile, don't like it even with vodka in. Vodka and Red Bull is what I drink, specially if I wanna be up the next day. Or blue Aftershock (gotta be blue.)

I spent a week in tenerife drinking nothing but v and rb and i beleived it was addictive as i felt like crap all day until i tasted red bull then i was fine again.

I've given up alcohol for a while. I've found that drinking every night is making me depressed. It's working, but I'm having trouble sleeping. I'm sure my sleeping pattern will return to normal soon though.

Getting up has always been a problem for me whether I drink or not. Thank god for the snooze button, which I use at least five times a morning.

The snooze is fine in times of study but i dread the day i have to get up from work hit the off button by mistake and end up in bed all day. At trhe moment now i get my tv to wake me up and rise to the sound of tank fire.

i personally have to disagree with you......... as i have quite often proved to my southern friends that i can quite easily drink them well under the table.......

In my house mates male fitnes mag it had statistics on how much people drink in britan...... all of the northen part of britan (midlands up) drink from 15% to 17%....... and people in the south drink a meesly 5%, with the lowest amount in cornwall 0.11%.......

So wot does that tell u????

The trouble is I've been drinking almost every night for so long that now I'm at the point where I just drink until I drop off.

I have no problems with getting up, my clock radio normally wakes me fine. I used to be really bad at getting up back in the days when I used to go to work, but I always used to be assured in the knowledge that if I didn't get up in time my mum would wake me anyway.
