i had a koi pond but i brought it out of itself. i have respect for you hoare. you being around gives me hope that my life isnt lost.

no they are plain goldfish kendra. koi need much larger ponds so i could probably only fit one koi in that pond which is about 250gallons. The whole reason for the pond was to give a home to my goldfish from an indoor tank because they had grown too big for it. 5 were transfered in to the pond but only 2 have survived. it also gives a nice place for the frogs to hang out away from my mum, because they had been living in the plants and my mum is scared shitless by frogs, which i know is wierd.

incase anyone is wondering i have no idea of the sex of the two goldfish, it is extremely difficult to tell, but until they start breeding i will assume them both male or both female.

that's nice of you to build a pond for them. how old are they? do you have many frogs? i want a frog, but i don't have an aquarium.

they are about 5 and have almost been in the pond for a year, so they would of been stunted in the tank but have grown a fair bit in the pond and are now quite fat. frog wise it varies, we have up to 3 dark brown adult common frogs and at least one almost adult frog that has come from being a tadpole this year. There are also two adult and one half adult froms in the green house which are a sandy colour. however i'm not sure if these are the same frogs as live in the pond because they do have the ability to change colour according to surroundings, and there is sand in the greenhouse.
