They are missing the nominee music mixes. Every year they managed to get all the music mixed in really well when announcing the nominees.

That was the best bit in previous years Brits. The whole format this year seems to be much better though, more top of the pops style. No silly union jack shirts and badly scripted jokes.

Watching The Brits is never that much fun anymore, you've got the internet, papers, radio and news all telling you who's won what before the show's on, it almost feels like a repeat by the time you eventually get to watch it!

Also I thought Jamelia and Lemar were the best things on it.. and I can't say I'm a huge fan of either. Snoop Dogg and that other guy were just poor and im tired of Gwen Stefani now.

I didn't watch the Brits last night. I agree its just not that exciting cause its not live. What is the problem with showing it live with a bit of a time delay to avoid any swearing etc before the watershead.

I'm still annoyed that Joss Stone won best urban, shes about as urban as Westwood. The Scissor Sisters performance made me smile like I haven't smiled in ages thought, those watermelons were amazing!!!
