The crust on Brie is the best bit. And no, whoever it was who asked, sheeps cheese isn't like goats cheese, its much nicer. As for the cow varieties - I do like a nice bit of Wensleydale, especially with my Christmas cake. Other than that, a good Double Gloucester is nice. Mr Yudster is a fan of the strong cheddar, preferably unpasteurised and with the rind still on.

I had Stilton Ice Cream once at a Cheese festival. Once you get past the whole 'but ice cream is supposed to be a dessert' thing, its really nice - would be great with crackers!
