I rented that video out 2 and a half months ago, where do you live? Luxemburg? I can basically tell you the whole plot, the film is about ecstasy tablets and Ricky Tomlinson, Rhys Ifans and Denzil from only fools and Horses are in it. Also Sameul L Jackson was on Michael Parkinson about 9 or 10 months ago plugging the film and the re run was aired two months ago.
And what is there to not understand about the "51st state" we are often reffered as the 51st state by the americans

I know what it's about I see the trailers for it under both names. Well looks like it's just not out in America yet then.

Apparently they thought it was a kind of documentary film rather than a well what ever you class it as.
