in many languages the initial "h" is either not entirely enunciated or left out completely. you brits with your inorganic h's.

that's a bit of an exaggerations. besides, i hear "bloody 'ell" quite often. when you don't fully enunciate the h, you still use aspiration, which targets the listener that and h is there.
